Ways to get involved
Support Pyramid with your time
Pyramid has lots of volunteering opportunities for professionals who want to play a role in supporting us. These vary from volunteering with our groups or supporting with our art markets, to archiving our artwork or helping tend our courtyard garden! If someone in your team has a specialist skill they can offer, we would love to hear from you!
Stock our products in your space
Pyramid members have created a wide range of handmade and unique products, from pocket mirrors to postcards to temporary tattoos! Stocking our products in your space gives our artists and organisation visibility and helps us raise some much-needed funds. For a small fee, our members can even create bespoke products which are designed especially for your organisation.
Donate art materials, books or equipment
Materials such as canvases, paints, art books and equipment are gratefully received and enable our members to experiment with different mediums and to keep producing high quality artwork.
Commission Pyramid members to run workshops or training
Several Pyramid members have experience running art workshops for the public, and many more are eager to gain experience in this area. For a competitive fee, Pyramid can organise bespoke arts and crafts sessions for your staff which will support team building and enhance staff wellbeing. Pyramid members are experts in accessibility and are happy to share their knowledge and expertise with organisations who want to make their work more inclusive for people with learning disabilities and autism. Why not combine an enjoyable staff activity with some light touch training and discussions around accessibility?
Charity of the year
Choosing Pyramid as your charity of the year is a great opportunity to unite your staff for a cause they care about. You’ll receive brand visibility on related marketing material and receive invitations to all events and exhibitions.
Our long-term corporate supporters have a positive impact on all aspects of Pyramid’s work from keeping our studio open to supporting us with core costs for office staff and administration. They help secure the future of Pyramid, allowing us to deliver a high-quality service to all members, and an assortment of exhibitions and events which can be enjoyed by the public.
‘We love supporting Pyramid as it is so rewarding working with such a dedicated local partner. They have visited us on several occasions, and we have loved hosting their busy and lively exhibitions and events. These allow us to see first-hand the difference our contributions make to the charity and to the lives of adults with learning disabilities and autism.
‘We have enjoyed regular opportunities to meet with staff and members and our team have enjoyed meeting with Pyramid members to learn about accessibility and inclusion. This has been invaluable experience for our staff and made a really positive difference to the culture of our organisation.’
