The Visioning Group meet weekly at Pyramid HQ.
They work alongside the charity’s Director, James Hill, to think creatively about Pyramid’s future and in particular about how Pyramid can be more member-led.
Together, they have been working on the Pyramid Plan 2024-28 (the word strategic had been banned!), which talks about the charity’s vision and mission for the next few years.
The miniature sculptures shown in the photo are called Pyramites, and will be used in the Pyramid Plan to make it more visual and easier to understand.
